I’ve been loving the Fat Tire. At our neighborhood store it comes by the 22 oz bottle (which only counts as one beer) or a 6pack of those bottles. It comes in a twelver, Surdyk’s has it! This thing is pretty massive, the cardboard handles rip if you try to use them.

great American beer festival… but I think that may be a good thing, Coor’s light got a bronze medal for American Style Light Lager. You think that’s odd? Silver went to PBR, and gold to Old Milwaukee light. Wow. I don’t like light beer, but I’d think someone out there would make something better than those three- randomly combining ingredients would likely yield a contender in that field. I’m pretty sure the whole thing is a scam, but I’m going to take one for the team and try out some of the others. It’ll be rough, but I can handle it.
